Delete your Yiyosa Arena account

You can delete your account in the app: Profile → Settings → Delete my account. If you no longer have the app, email privacy@yiyosa.com with the subject “Yiyosa Arena account deletion”. Include the email linked to your Apple or Google account and your player nickname or friend code if available. Never send a password or sign-in code. We verify account ownership before deleting data and respond within 30 days.

Deletion removes your authentication account, profile, device notification registrations and friend links. Historical ranking entries are anonymised. Gameplay telemetry is retained for up to 90 days and reward-verification records for up to 30 days under the privacy policy; records that must be retained for legal or fraud-prevention reasons are restricted.
